Take the hassle out of design and cost uncertainty with the "Holistic House"
Holistic Housing Solutions Ltd, in partnership with LAH Design Architects, is progressing through the design and standardisation of the “Holistic House.” This initiative incorporates all reviewed and approved technologies into a deliverable range of standardised house types available for licensing. These homes will exceed future housing standards with a "Zero Emissions Now" approach, achieving beyond SAP 100A and CO2 emissions of ≤ 0 kg/CO2e.
The "Holistic House" will offer developers cost certainty for Superstructure requirements, while Substructure costs will depend on ground conditions, all within the framework of a fully designed Net Zero Home.
